John W. "Popeye" on January 22, 2021. Son of the late Elwood and Marie (nee Woolf). Brother of Bill Allen (Ruth), Renee Gorman (Tom), Pat Beasley (Charlie), Barbara Jimenez (Lou), Debbie Pellegrino, the late Kathryn Fahy and the late Robert Allen. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Popeye will be sadly missed by Nick Pellegrino, John Stasko and John Phillips. He was the best Godfather to Hollie Allen. Relatives and friends are invited to his visitation Thursday January 28th 11:00 AM at the Reilly Rakowski Funeral Home 2632-34 E. Allegheny Ave. Phila., PA 19134. Memorial Service 12 Noon. Interment Hillside Cemetery.
